4.3 You must notify 9kup immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach affecting your account. 9kup accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to report unauthorised access promptly.
4.4 Account credentials, balances, and wagering rights are personal to the registered account holder and are non-transferable. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other individual.
4.5 You agree to keep your registration information current and accurate. You may update your contact details and preferences through your account settings. Failure to maintain accurate registration information may affect your ability to use certain platform features, including withdrawals.

5.5 Deposits used to fund active wagers may not be withdrawn until those wagers are settled. Unsettled bets do not constitute withdrawable funds.
5.6 9kup is not responsible for delays in fund availability caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or public holidays in Malaysia.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on the 9kup platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sporting event as displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the outcome of that wager.
6.2 Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the 9kup platform, it may not be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the User except where expressly permitted under specific game rules.
6.3 In the event of any technical malfunction, error in odds or game data, or system failure that results in an incorrectly priced or incorrectly paid wager, 9kup reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the User's account balance. Payouts made on the basis of such errors will not be honoured.
6.4 Sporting event results are determined by the relevant governing body's official outcome. Where results are disputed, 9kup will await official confirmation before settling affected markets. 9kup's decision on the settlement of any market is final.
6.5 9kup reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, minimum bet limits, and maximum payout limits on any game, market, or User account at its discretion without prior notice.
7.1 9kup may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, or other incentives to registered Users. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each individual promotion.
7.2 Promotional credits are non-withdrawable and may only be used for wagering purposes. Winnings derived from wagering with promotional credits are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real funds.
7.3 Users who 9kup determines have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim promotions, systematic exploitation of promotional offers, or collusion with other Users to circumvent promotional restrictions — will have all promotional credits forfeited and may have their accounts closed.
7.4 9kup reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9kup platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
